The core service is for home owners who have identified a need to make changes to their property, and are seeking creative, professional advice.
The service starts with a consultation in your home during which your architect will gain an understanding of your needs and aspirations. Your architect will then be able to discuss design options and concepts with you; answer any questions about the building process, identify any issues pertinent to your property, and advise you of the optimum way forward. This process takes between one and two hours.
Depending on the above advice, the next stage would normally be for your architect to survey your property and draw some conceptual designs for your consideration. The cost and scope of this second stage would be agreed in advance. It is unlikely to require more than two day's work, and often less.
The outcome of the above will be that you have a feasible design for changing and enhancing your home to suit your identified needs. Your architect will advise you of your options from this point onwards.
