Cherry Tree Court is located at the corner of Watford Road and Woodfall Avenue. The site was formerly occupied by the Kings Norton United Reformed Church who arenow part of a Local Ecumenical Project sharing the former Methodist church a few hundred yards away.
The scheme comprises twenty-four, Category II, aged-persons' flats with warden and communal facilities. The building is three-storey and is L shaped on plan. The form cascades down to a single storey at the corner of the site
The materials used are slate roofs and cladding, red facing brickwork and high performance timber windows.
