We’ve met several incredible people and charitable organisations who are helping refugees, asylum seekers, families in poverty and homeless people in the local and surrounding areas. Their input will form the foundation of the next step: design!
We’re so proud of Naomi! She raised £974 for the charity that supports women and their children, especially women vulnerable to exploitation, including prostitution.
Holly Doron co-wrote the paper ‘Integration of Practice Experience into the Design of Undergraduate Courses’ with Christopher Maloney, Hannah Vowles and Ian Shepherd of Birmingham City University.
We’re so proud of Mary for completing her Masters at Birmingham School of Architecture and Design, and very excited to have her back in the APEC team.
Congratulations to Holly, who has been invited to become a member of the RIBA Validation Panel. The Panel is made up over 100 members to validate programmes at 80 schools of architecture and other course providers in the UK, and across the world.
”I’ve got lots of memories of this place – I’ve been part of the church all my life… We had some fantastic shows on that stage”
Martin’s personality, design philosophies and guidance have left their mark on all those privileged to have worked with him.
