Through on-site training on projects such as this one, ex-offenders are able to lay new foundations in their own lives to make better choices in the future.

This Victorian heritage asset was brought back into use through an employment and training programme for ex-offenders. Formerly used as a series of bed-sits, the house became vacant and fell into disrepair. It has now been restored in keeping with the Conservation Area of Sudbury and Fort Royal, and converted into six one bedroom apartments.

The Together model offers an alternative to hopelessness. We give people another chance; providing training and support through mentors dedicated to seeing employees succeed. We create jobs and opportunities for people to learn new skills and demonstrate their ability.
