The Parish of St Mary & St Margaret had received planning approval for a new community hall adjacent to their Grade I Listed Church, and within the Castle Bromwich Conservation Area. We were appointed to carry out consultation and revise the internal layout to reflect the community’s needs. We obtained a new planning approval, and oversaw the construction of the long-awaited hall, which has since proven to be a success amongst the Parish and community.
