Water and movement had damaged the terracotta blocks of this impressive civic building. We painstakingly identified each block and recommended how they could each be repaired.

We carried out a condition survey of the building, identifying each individual block, listing the defects found and the specific type of repair they required. Due to the cost and structural implication of replacing all the defective blocks, we took great care to specify repairs that retained the original blocks in-situ, wherever possible.
